If you have submitted an enquiry through greety.in and would like your personal data deleted from our records, you can request this at any time.
What We Delete
- Your name and business name
- Your phone number or WhatsApp number
- Any notes or messages you submitted
- All associated email records
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to hello@greety.in with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- The name you submitted in the form
- The phone number you provided
- Approximate date of submission (if known)
We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
WhatsApp Data
If you contacted us via WhatsApp, messages are stored on Meta’s servers under their own data retention policy. To request deletion of WhatsApp data, please visit WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
