1. Services

Greety provides website development, WhatsApp Business tool setup, and Google Business Profile configuration services to local businesses in India. All services are delivered as described in individual project agreements confirmed via WhatsApp or email.

2. Enquiries & Quotes

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding contract. A project begins only after both parties agree on scope, timeline, and pricing in writing (via WhatsApp or email).

3. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project. We typically require a portion upfront before work begins. Specific terms will be communicated during the project discussion.
If work has not started, any advance paid can be fully refunded. Once work has begun, advances are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the website content and design created for them. Greety retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Support

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as agreed in writing. Post-launch content updates (timings, pricing, photos) are handled via WhatsApp on a reasonable-effort basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Greety is not responsible for third-party service outages (hosting providers, Google, Meta, WhatsApp). Google Business Profile verification timelines are governed by Google and are outside our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
